Terms of Use
By using www.mandaofscandinavia.no and www.mandaofscandinavia.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment (Vipps & Stripe):
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.
If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent.

- Use: The website and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are only entitled to use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- Purchase terms: Purchases are subject to Norwegian consumer law. Cosmetic products are exempt from open purchase.
- Liability: Pink Cosmetics AS is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of the website, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the content.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties should attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority is available by phone at 23 400 600 or at www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
The European Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you wish to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Ved å bruke www.mandaofscandinavia.no og www.mandaofscandinavia.com, godtar du følgende vilkår og betingelser:
Betaling (Vipps & Stripe):
Selgeren kan kreve betaling for varen fra det tidspunkt den blir sendt fra selgeren til kjøperen. Dersom kjøperen bruker kredittkort eller debetkort ved betaling, kan selgeren reservere kjøpesummen på kortet ved bestilling. Kortet blir belastet samme dag som varen sendes.

- Bruk: Nettstedet og dets innhold er beskyttet av opphavsrett og andre immaterielle rettigheter. Du har kun rett til å bruke nettstedet for personlige og ikke-kommersielle formål.
- Kjøpsvilkår: Ved kjøp gjelder norsk forbrukerkjøpslov. Kosmetiske produkter er fritatt fra åpent kjøp.
- Ansvar: Pink Cosmetics AS er ikke ansvarlig for tap eller skade som kan oppstå fra bruk av nettstedet, inkludert, men ikke begrenset til, feil eller utelatelser i innholdet.
- Endringer: Vi forbeholder oss retten til å endre disse vilkårene når som helst uten forhåndsvarsel. Endringer trer i kraft umiddelbart etter publisering.
Klager rettes til selger innen rimelig tid, jf. punkt 9 og 10. Partene skal forsøke å løse eventuelle tvister i minnelighet. Dersom dette ikke lykkes, kan kjøperen ta kontakt med Forbrukertilsynet for mekling. Forbrukertilsynet er tilgjengelig på telefon 23 400 600 eller www.forbrukertilsynet.no. Europa-Kommisjonens klageportal kan også brukes hvis du ønsker å inngi en klage. Det er særlig relevant, hvis du er forbruker bosatt i et annet EU-land. Klagen inngis her: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
